How does GQ send out my 1st Notice?

This guide outlines the preparation steps and workflow for Florida clients to successfully distribute their 1st Notice of Meeting.

Preparation Requirements

  1. Complete your Service Request Form.

  2. Provide your 1st Notice of Meeting document in PDF format.

    • Include the Intent to Run Form.

    • Include the Voting Certificate.

  3. Your CSR will contact you approximately 2-3 days before the distribution date.

The Distribution Process

  1. We digitize your documents and send you a draft of the 1st Notice for your review.

  2. Review the draft to approve it or request changes to the email.

  3. Once approved, we schedule the notice for delivery on or before your distribution date.

  4. If GetQuorum is printing, we'll send your 1st notice via hardcopy mailing to your owners who haven't consented to electronic notices

    1. If GetQuorum is not printing, we'll provide you a list of units requiring hard copies

  5. You'll receive a confirmation of completion once done!
