Florida Client Onboarding: A Quick Guide
This guide outlines the four simple steps required for your Florida corporation to onboard and launch an electronic voting or consent campaign.
Step 1: Pass the Resolution
You must first confirm your corporation has passed the necessary resolution allowing electronic voting.
-
This happens outside of our system.
-
We cannot begin until this step is complete.
Step 2: Submit Owner Data
You must provide the current owner data in a single Excel file.
The Excel sheet must include the following columns:
-
Unit/Property Address
-
Voter Name(s)
-
Voter Email Address(es)
-
Mailing Address
-
Whether consent was already provided
-
Any share value, if applicable
Step 3: Approval and Campaign Schedule
Once we receive your data, our team will take the following actions:
-
We import the data into our dashboard.
-
We send you the draft consent email for your approval.
-
Once approved, we schedule the consent email to be sent out.
Step 4: Next Steps and Campaign Requests
After scheduling is complete, you gain access and can request future campaigns.
-
Dashboard Access: You will receive access to the client Dashboard. (Details for logging in will be provided separately).
-
Requesting Campaigns: You must fill out a Service Request Form every time you need a new campaign. (Information on this form will be provided separately).
