Florida Onboarding: A Quick Guide
This guide outlines the four simple steps required for your Florida corporation to onboard start your journey with GetQuorum
Step 1: Pass the Resolution
You must first confirm your corporation has passed the necessary resolution allowing electronic voting.
-
This happens outside of our system.
-
We cannot begin until this step is complete.
Step 2: Submit Owner Data
You must provide the current owner data in a single Excel file.
The Excel sheet must include the following columns:
-
Unit/Property Address
-
Voter Name(s)
-
Voter Email Address(es)
-
Mailing Address
-
Whether consent was already provided
-
Any share value, if applicable
Step 3: Notify your owners to expect an email from GetQuorum
Once we receive your data, your Customer Success Representative (CSR) will begin with your consent campaign. At this stage, you can notify your owners to expect an email from GetQuorum and to whitelist our email address.
You can use the language below to send to your owners!
Our community has enlisted the services of GetQuorum, a company specializing in corporate governance services and electronic voting. So that you do not miss important emails regarding the meeting, please ensure that "notices@getquorum.com" is whitelisted in your inbox so that these emails don't end up in your Junk Folder. You can do this by marking this email address as a Safe Sender, adding the email to your contacts, or by marking the email as "Not Spam".
GetQuorum will be sending notices and advance voting information to authorized voters who have consented to receiving electronic notices and consented to opting-in to electronic voting. You’ll be able to register for the meeting and submit your advance proxy via these emails.
Step 4: Access the Dashboard
You'll receive information on how to log into your GetQuorum Dashboard. Information on accessing the Dashboard can be found here.
