Overview
You may need to update the list of candidates for your election if someone drops out, becomes ineligible, or if you need to add an additional candidate. Your assigned customer success representative handles these ballot adjustments for you.
Requesting a Ballot Update
To update your candidate list:

Contact your assigned customer success representative to request the update.

Specify the candidate changes needed (adding a new candidate, or removing one due to ineligibility or dropping out).

Send any updated documentation required for the adjustment.
