A step-by-step guide to launching a new campaign, from initial contact to onboarding and dashboard access.
GetQuorum simplifies the process of managing your next Meeting or election. This guide outlines the workflow to secure your campaign date and begin working with our specialized teams.
The Booking Process
Follow these steps to initiate and confirm your upcoming campaign:

Connect with the Team: Contact a Sales representative directly or email contact@getquorum.com.

Review Proposal and Demo: Provide your campaign details to receive a custom proposal and quote. You may also schedule a personalized demo to review specific solutions.

Book Your Campaign: Sign and return your custom proposal or quote to the Sales team to secure your Meeting date.

Complete Onboarding: A Customer Success manager will contact you to collect required documentation. This individual serves as your primary point of contact for the duration of the campaign.
Note: To ensure compliance with legislative or bylaw deadlines, submit all service requests and documentation in a timely manner.
Managing Your Campaign
Once your Meeting is booked and onboarded, you will gain access to the GetQuorum Dashboard.

Dashboard Access: Use the Dashboard to update member information, upload paper ballots, and view real-time reports.

Resources: Access Meeting recordings and instructional materials directly through the interface.

Additional Service Requests
