How do I call a panelist directly into a Meeting?

If a Panelist experiences technical issues connecting to the meeting or setting up their audio, you can call them into the Meeting directly by using their phone number.

You must have GetQuorum Partner Moderator permissions, and you must obtain the Panelist's phone number before beginning.

Calling a Panelist Into the Meeting

 

Use this procedure as a last resort if resending the Panelist invite email or troubleshooting link fails to resolve the issue.

  1. Navigate to Participants > Invite > Call-Out.

  2. Enter the Panelist's name and phone number.

  3. Uncheck the two options shown in the interface layout.

  4. Click Call. The Panelist will receive a phone call containing further instructions on how to join the Meeting.
