Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Can an owner in arrears still submit a proxy? Yes. While they can submit a proxy for quorum purposes, the system will not include their proxy voting selections as part of the official tally.
Does this remove them from the meeting? No. Ineligible owners can still attend the meeting and be counted for quorum; they are simply restricted from the voting functionality.
