How do I re-send emails from the Dashboard?

Ensure all members have access to their meeting materials by manually resending notices, invitations, or reminders directly to their specific email address.

 

How to Resend an Email

  1. Log In: Access your GetQuorum Dashboard and select your active meeting or campaign.

  2. Navigate to Membership: Click the Membership tab on the left-side menu.

  3. Search for the Member: Use the search bar to find the specific owner by name, unit number, or email.

  4. Click the Member Name: Click the member's name to expand their unit/owner information
  5. Click the Email Voter button

  6. Select the Email Type: A list of previously sent communications will appear (e.g., Preliminary Notice, Final Notice, or Meeting Invite). Select the one you wish to send. If you don't see the email you wish to send, contact your Customer Success Rep via support@getquorum.com.

  7. Confirm: Click Send to immediately dispatch the email to the address on file.

Are you a Florida Condo, HOA, or Co-Op? If you're re-sending a notice/voting email, you may want to consider if your member has consented first! You'll know if they've consented, if there's a green envelope in their Member Information card

Important Considerations

  • Unique Links: Each resent email contains a unique link tied to that specific unit or panelist. Never forward your own invite to another person, as it will log them in as you.

  • Update First: If an owner claims they aren't receiving emails, verify their email address in the Members card and update it before resending the notice.

  • Bulk Reminders: To send a reminder to the entire community at once, please contact your Customer Success Representative (CSR) rather than resending individually.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Does resending an email cost extra? No. You can resend notices and invites as many times as needed through the dashboard at no additional charge.

Can I resend an email to a different address without changing the profile? No. The system always sends to the address currently listed in the Membership tab. You must update the email on file first if the owner wants it sent elsewhere.
