How do panelists access the virtual meeting?

Panelists have elevated access in virtual meeting and join through their panelist invite email.

Accessing & Joining the Meeting

Registered panelists must follow these procedural steps to access the platform:

  1. Open the GetQuorum email invitation sent in the weeks preceding the Meeting.
  2. Click Go to My Meeting Portal to open the profile verification tab.
  3. Click Join Meeting inside the verified browser portal.
  4. Click Allow when prompted by the web browser to grant microphone and camera permissions.
  5. Wait for the moderator to provide active onboarding support and instructions regarding questions, motions, and live voting.

💡 Note: If a panelist cannot find their invitation email, verify with the organization's management team that the correct email address was collected and submitted.

Common Questions:
  • What happens if a panelist has a proxy form on record? If a panelist has a proxy on file, the system prompts them to revoke it upon joining the platform if they choose to cast live votes themselves during the Meeting.
  • Can a panelist dial in by phone instead? Yes. If a panelist lacks an email address or experiences hardware audio issues, they can dial the provided phone number, enter the Webinar Code, and input the Passcode followed by the # key to listen. However, a web browser is strictly required to stream camera video, share screens, or access visual panelist functions.
