Accessing & Joining the Meeting
Registered panelists must follow these procedural steps to access the platform:
- Open the GetQuorum email invitation sent in the weeks preceding the Meeting.
- Click Go to My Meeting Portal to open the profile verification tab.
- Click Join Meeting inside the verified browser portal.
- Click Allow when prompted by the web browser to grant microphone and camera permissions.

Common Questions:💡 Note: If a panelist cannot find their invitation email, verify with the organization's management team that the correct email address was collected and submitted.
- What happens if a panelist has a proxy form on record? If a panelist has a proxy on file, the system prompts them to revoke it upon joining the platform if they choose to cast live votes themselves during the Meeting.
- Can a panelist dial in by phone instead? Yes. If a panelist lacks an email address or experiences hardware audio issues, they can dial the provided phone number, enter the Webinar Code, and input the Passcode followed by the
#key to listen. However, a web browser is strictly required to stream camera video, share screens, or access visual panelist functions.
