Joining Your Virtual Meeting and Meeting Portal Access
This article explains how owners can access the virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the live voting portal provided by GetQuorum.
Accessing the Virtual Meeting Portal (Recommended)
Attending the meeting via your web browser (on a computer or tablet) provides the best experience, allowing you to see presentations, revoke your proxy, and vote live.
- Receive the Invitation: You will receive several emails from GetQuorum leading up to the meeting with an invitation to register and access your meeting portal.
- Open the Link: Approximately 30 minutes prior to the meeting start time, you will receive a final email with a link to join. Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox.
- Go to the Portal: In the email, click the GO TO MY MEETING PORTAL button.
- Join the Meeting: The portal will open in your browser. Click to join the meeting. You will join with your microphone and camera turned off.
- Enable Permissions (If Prompted): You may be prompted to Press "Allow" to enable microphone and video permissions.
- Proxy Revocation (If Applicable): If you submitted an electronic proxy beforehand, you will be prompted to revoke it if you wish to be able to vote live during the meeting.
Note: Once you've joined, the moderator will provide detailed instructions and support on how you can participate in questions, motions, and live voting.
Attending by Dialing In (Phone Only)
If you cannot join via a web browser, you can dial in by phone, but your ability to participate in voting may be limited.
- To have your presence count towards quorum when dialing in, you must submit your electronic proxy (or paper proxy) before the meeting start time.
- You will be provided with a dial-in number, a Webinar code, and a Passcode in the meeting invitation.
- Dial the provided phone number.
- Following the prompt, enter the credentials (Webinar Code/Passcode).
- If prompted for a participant ID, you can usually press # to skip this step.
