How to join your virtual meeting
This article gives owners simple steps for accessing the virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the live voting portal provided by GetQuorum.
Option 1: Joining the Meeting Portal (Recommended)
Joining via your browser (on a computer or tablet) gives you the full experience: you can see presentations, vote live, and revoke your proxy.

Look for the Email: You'll receive emails leading up to the meeting. Check for the final email about 30 minutes prior to the start time. Check your spam folder if you don't see it!

Click the Button: In the email, click the GO TO MY MEETING PORTAL button.

Join the Webinar: The portal opens in your browser. Click to join the meeting. (You'll join with your microphone and camera turned off.)

Allow Permissions: If your browser prompts you to enable microphone/video, click "Allow."

Revoke Proxy (If Needed): If you submitted an electronic proxy earlier, the system will prompt you to revoke it if you want to vote live during the meeting.
Tip: Once you're in, the moderator will give you full instructions on how to participate in Q&A and cast your live votes.
Option 2: Attending by Phone Only
You can dial in by phone, but please note that your ability to participate in live voting or asking questions may be limited.

To count toward quorum when dialing in, you must submit your electronic proxy (or paper proxy) before the meeting starts.

Your meeting invitation email provides the dial-in number, Webinar code, and Passcode.

Dial the provided phone number.

Follow the prompts to enter the credentials (Webinar Code/Passcode).

If asked for a participant ID, you can usually press # to skip.
