My meeting isn't virtual. How do I access my results?

For campaigns involving advance voting collection, results can be downloaded once the voting deadline passes.

Monitoring Your Campaign

  • Confirmation of Completion: Once your notice is served and voting begins, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the next steps for your campaign.

  • Real-Time Monitoring: You can track progress and participation throughout the voting period via your community's active campaign on the dashboard.

Retrieving Voting Results

  1. Log In: Access the GetQuorum Dashboard.

  2. Select Campaign: Click on the specific campaign or meeting card.

  3. Download Tally: On the Overview page (the main landing page for your campaign), click the Download Forms & Reports button.

  4. Review Timing:

    1. Ongoing: You can download a summary of current participation at any time.

    2. Final Results: The final electronic tally will be available once the submission deadline officially closes.


Note: To maintain election integrity, the final tally and reporting are only available once the voting period has officially closed.
