- In the email, click the blue COMPLETE YOUR PROXY button. This will open the electronic proxy tool in a new tab in your browser.
Using the Electronic Proxy Tool
Clicking the COMPLETE YOUR PROXY button will lead you to a new tab in your browser where you'll be presented with information about your meeting. It also gives you the opportunity to verify your voting information.
Note: You will only be able to instruct your proxy holder on business matters if your corporation allows instructed/directed proxies. It is possible that you may only be able elect a proxy holder to vote on your behalf on all matters.
1. Selecting Your Proxy Holder
- You may be asked to provide your proxy holder (if one is not already assigned by your corporation).
- You have the option of either writing in your proxy holder or selecting one of the representatives who will be in attendance.
- Each corporation's proxy holder requirements differ, so please consult your management for further information.
- Why do you need a proxy holder? If you can't make the meeting, the proxy holder in attendance validates your vote.
2. Voting on Business Matters
- To vote on By-laws/Resolutions/Amendments, you'll be presented with a question where you'll be able to make your selection.
- You'll have an opportunity to review your selection(s) before submitting your proxy.
Submission and Confirmation

- A copy of the completed proxy will be available to download and will be emailed to you upon completion for your records.
