The Overview page is the central hub for your active meeting, providing real-time analytics and high-level insights into your campaign’s progress.
Key Features of the Overview Page
This page is designed to help you track participation and determine if you are on track to reach quorum without needing to dig through individual member records.

Real-Time Participation: Monitor the total number of proxies, ballots, and RSVPs as they are submitted.

Notice Delivery Stats: Track how many owners have successfully received their electronic notices and identify any bounced emails that require attention via Reports

Quick Actions: Access common tools directly from the main view, such as downloading the latest results summary or accessing the membership list.
Monitoring Campaign Health

Total Submissions: View a breakdown of votes collected electronically versus paper proxies manually entered by your team.

Attendance RSVPs: If enabled, see a count of owners who have confirmed their intent to attend the meeting (virtually or in person).

Tally Summary: Get a high-level glimpse of how voting is trending on specific motions or candidate elections (Note: Detailed secret ballot results are restricted until the meeting concludes).

Data Latency: The Overview page updates in real-time. As soon as an owner clicks "Submit" on their digital proxy, the numbers on this page will reflect the change.
