Writing Clear and Unbiased Questions
- Keep Questions Relevant: Write concise questions and response options that pertain directly to the survey topic to collect only essential information.
- Avoid Leading Questions: Use neutral language to prevent biased answers.
- Avoid Double-Barreled Questions: Do not combine multiple topics into a single question that only allows one answer.
Configuring Response Types and Settings
- Choose the Right Format: Select an appropriate response type (such as star ratings or multiple choice) for each question.
- Define Rating Scales: State the maximum rating scale directly in the question text when using the Rating response option (up to a maximum of 10 stars). The default interface does not state the scale explicitly.
