What Happens After You Book Your Campaign
Once your campaign is booked, your Client Success Representative (CSR) will send an onboarding email to confirm key details and share your campaign timeline.
Your CSR will email you after your campaign is booked. This onboarding email will:

Confirm whether printing and mailing are required

Ask if there will be an owner-occupied election

Confirm if any matters are being reconvened

Ask if you’d like to use the electronic candidate nomination tool

Outline your important campaign dates
At this stage, we’ll also request your owner data in Excel format.
💡 Note: Owner data can come from any management system (Condo Control, BuildingLink, or another platform), but it must be exported into Excel. Mailing addresses must be included in this file if printing is required.
