What reports can I download from the Dashboard?

The GetQuorum Dashboard allows you to export detailed participation data and final voting results into Excel or CSV formats for easy auditing and record-keeping.

Reports Available for All Clients

These reports provide high-level and granular data for monitoring your campaign's health and results.

  1. Overview Forms and Report: Provides ongoing/final tally results for electronic votes collected

  2. Unit Overview Report: This report shows all units, with their consent status, RSVP and Attendance status, and whether they have voted in advance and/or live. 
  3. New Notice Events Report: This report shows a history of send, open, clicks and bounce events for emails sent to members.
  4. Unit RSVP Report: This report shows only the units that have RSVPed for the meeting 
  5. Live Ballots Export: Export all live vote ballots as a zip file. Reports will be emailed to you. Ballots still remain confidential

Additional Reports Available for Florida Clients

Specific reports are available to help Florida associations manage statutory requirements and physical distributions.

  1. Consent Forms Export: Export a PDF of e-consent forms and the Consent Distribution Report. 

  2. No Consent Report: This report shows only the units with no consent that require printing and mailing of the package.
