Why can't my owner find emails from GetQuorum?

Overview

Strict network filters, internet service providers, or personal inbox settings can occasionally misroute automated GetQuorum emails. Follow these steps to locate missing notifications and ensure future updates deliver successfully.

Troubleshoot Missing Emails

  1. Check alternate folders: Search your “Junk”, “Spam”, “Promotions”, “Updates”, or “Other” folders as automated notices are frequently filtered there.
  2. Mark as safe: Open the GetQuorum email and select “Not Spam”, “Report as Not Junk”, or “Move to Inbox” to train your email provider.
  3. Add to Safe Senders list: Add notices@getquorum.com to your email address book or contact list.

Note: If you still cannot find your meeting notice after completing these steps, contact your management team to verify your record and push the notice through.
