Sending Panelist Information
Identify, prepare, and submit information for your virtual "head table" to ensure your meeting leaders have the necessary platform controls.
What is a Panelist?
Panelists represent the virtual "head table." This group leads the meeting, presents materials, and answers owner questions. Unlike standard attendees, panelists have the following capabilities:
-
Autonomy to turn microphones and cameras on or off at any time.
-
Ability to view the names of everyone in attendance.
-
Access to view and answer all owner questions.
-
Permission to share their screen for slides, PDFs, or reports.
Who to Include
Panelists typically include the Property Manager, Chairperson, Board Members, auditors, lawyers, minute takers, or invited speakers.
-
Required: It is imperative that the Property Manager and Chairperson are invited as panelists to maintain constant communication with GetQuorum at the Virtual Meeting, and their attendance is required for the Pre-Meeting
-
Candidates: If election candidates are owners, we recommend not inviting them as panelists to avoid giving them increased Zoom controls. Instead, we will enable their microphone and camera during their designated speech period.
