How does GQ send out my 2nd notice?
Coordinate the digitization, approval, and distribution of Florida 2nd Notice meeting packages.
Preparation Requirements
- Your CSR will contact you approximately 2–3 days before your requested distribution date.
-
Provide your 2nd Notice of Meeting package in PDF format.
-
Include the Agenda, Proxy, and/or Election Ballot.
-
Include additional documents such as Voting Certificates and Candidate Statements.
-
The Distribution Process
-
We create online versions of your proxy and/or ballot within our platform.
-
Next, we send an approval email so you can view the notice as an owner and submit test proxies or ballots.
-
You review the digital version and provide approval to your CSR.
-
Once approved, we schedule the distribution for delivery on or before your requested date.
-
If GetQuorum is printing, we'll send your 2nd notice via hardcopy mailing to your owners who haven't consented to electronic notices and/or electronic voting
-
If GetQuorum is not printing, we'll provide you a list of units requiring hard copies
-
-
You'll receive a confirmation of completion once done!
